GameSpace News

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-12

These terms apply to the GameSpace News website at gamespace.news and to GameSpace News content published on other platforms. GameSpace News is run by James Penwill, trading as KreaOps ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms.

What GameSpace News is

GameSpace News is a digital media brand covering gaming, internet culture, memes, viral trends and emerging topics, mainly through short-form video and commentary.

Behind the scenes we use a private tool, the GameSpace News app, to find trending topics, prepare content and publish it to our own accounts on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. The app is for our own use only: there are no public accounts or sign-ups.

Using the website

  • You may browse the website and share links to it and to our content.
  • Don't try to access areas of the site or our systems that aren't meant for the public, or interfere with how they work.
  • Don't copy or republish our content in full without our permission.

Our content

Our videos and articles are original commentary about real topics. Unless stated otherwise, the content is ours or used with permission. Game titles, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what we're talking about; their use doesn't mean those owners endorse GameSpace News.

Topics move fast. We aim to be accurate, but content may contain mistakes or become out of date, and nothing we publish is professional, financial or legal advice.

AI-assisted content

Our scripts, voice-overs, presenters, visuals and music are made with the help of AI services (currently OpenAI and fal.ai). Our on-screen presenters are AI-generated characters, not real people. An AI tool also helps pick which topics to cover, following rules a person sets. A person oversees what's published and can stop or remove any of it. Publishing to our own accounts may be scheduled or automated.

Rights and takedown requests

We respect creators' and rights holders' work. If you believe something we've published uses your material without permission, or you'd like a correction, email kreaops.ai@gmail.com with a link to the content and the details of your concern. We'll review it and respond.

Other platforms

When you watch our content on YouTube, TikTok or another platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Our website shows YouTube videos using YouTube API Services, so by watching them here you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). We aren't responsible for other websites we link to.

No warranty and liability

The website and our content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under the law of Ireland.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
